RESONATE
Studio Express in partnership with 2K Foundations presents RESONATE, a group‑based program that uses music exploration, rhythm, songwriting, and creative audio activities and tools to help young people build emotional awareness, confidence, and healthy coping strategies. Participants are encouraged to lead with their own stories, cultural influences, and lived experiences and use music as a tool for reflection, connection, and growth. From hip hop and R&B to beat-making, lyric writing, and sound design, RESONATE invites young people to create with music they already connect to and turn sound into a way to express themselves, process emotions, and build skills they can use beyond the program.

Who It's For
RESONATE is designed for youth K-12 in school, after-school, and community settings, particularly those experiencing stress, emotional overwhelm, or life transitions.

What Participants Do
Participants engage in music exploration, rhythm, songwriting, and creative audio activities to express emotions, build self-awareness, and practice emotional regulation.

Why This Matters
RESONATE supports social-emotional development, strengthens peer connection, and gives young people practical tools they can use beyond the program.
